As a husband and a father of two, I understand the importance of buying and selling a home. It is one of the biggest investments a person will make in a lifetime. My experience in sales, marketing, and customer service are some of the greatest assets I bring to my new career as a real estate agent. Fifteen years ago, I opened the doors of Colby Yoder Insurance Agency, Inc. I have since built an award-winning agency and have become an established business owner in my hometown. I am a past Chamber of Commerce President and have been named Business Person of the Year, so while I may be new to the real estate arena, I am by no means a rookie. Integrity has always played a crucial role in my success and it will continue to stay at that forefront of my business model as I work diligently for you as your real estate agent.
As a veteran in the insurance industry, I recognize the many parallels between real estate and insurance and felt that it made perfect sense to obtain my real estate license. I’ve spent my career helping people protect one of their most valuable possessions - their homes. Now, I can help people find that home.
Mission
The more time I’ve spent in real estate, the more passionate I’ve become about it. I look forward to serving as many people as possible. As an insurance agent, I have dealt with many real estate agents, and sadly, some were not competent to aide people in such an important endeavor as buying or selling a home. That is one of the reasons I decided to pursue a career in real estate. There is a need for more professionals in the real estate field, and I want to be the professional you can trust.
I’ve always been an early adopter of technology. Right now, more than ever, it is crucial to have an agent who embraces technology and uses it to benefit their clients. This can be the difference between FOR SALE and SOLD. That is why I decided to join the NuHouz Team.
